These terms cover your use of the gigmcp.dev website. They are deliberately short because this is an informational site.
The website
gigmcp.dev describes the Gig’MCP project. The content is provided “as is,” for general information, without warranties of any kind. Gig’MCP is software under active development; descriptions of features and security properties reflect the current design and implementation and may change. Accounts and the hosted application are provided at app.gigmcp.dev under separate terms.
The software
The Gig’MCP gateway is open-source software licensed under the AGPL-3.0. Your use of the software is governed by that license, not by these website terms. The license includes its own disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability.
Trademarks
“Gig’MCP” and the convergence-arrow mark are trademarks of the Gig’MCP project. The AGPL license covers the code; it does not grant rights to the name or logo.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to disrupt or probe the site, and don’t misrepresent affiliation with the project.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Gig’MCP contributors are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
